Our Story

A house built on Kurdish craft.

Wadi Alzahab is a family textile house in Sulaymaniyah. We gather the finest fabrics and dress the people of Kurdistan in the colours of their own heritage.

Every stitch tells a story.

"Every colour bears a legacy. We do not just sell cloth, we keep the essence of Kurdish culture in every piece."

Our journey began with a simple mission: to bring the craft of Kurdish tailors to the families of Kurdistan. From the intricate patterns of the Jli Kurdi to the vibrant hues of festival dresses, our shelves are a record of skill passed down across generations.

We are committed to these time-honoured techniques while keeping an eye on modern taste, so that heritage keeps its place in everyday life. Each piece is chosen with respect for tradition and an eye for contemporary design.
